TERMS: This website is owned and operated by The Animal Rights Museum DBA Animal Rights Museum of Art (“ARMA”). When you visit or use this website, you are automatically agreeing that your access to the site and your use of it are: subject to terms and conditions, subject to applicable laws, and undertaken at your own risk.
This website and ARMA’s content are meant only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older, as some artwork may be considered sensitive, troubling, and/or controversial.
All content included on the site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio, data compilations, and software, is the property of ARMA or its content suppliers and protected under the standard copyright laws and Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
ARMA, its logos, and any other ARMA graphics are trademarks, copyrights, registered trademarks, and/or trade dress of ARMA, regardless of whether they appear with the ™ or ® symbol. ARMA trademarks, copyrights, or trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not of ARMA or specifically approved of in writing by ARMA’s CEO or Board of Directors.
The items shown on this site are not necessarily available for purchase. If you are interested in a purchase, you may use our CONTACT FORM to inquire. ARMA will attempt to put you in touch with the artist, and it will then be up to you to converse further. ARMA is not guaranteeing that it will be able to connect you with any of its artists. Please be patient with response times. Any/all items purchases of any artwork shown on this site our outside of ARMA’s control and/or obligations. ARMA is under no duty related to any purchases of artwork. ARMA retains the rights to show images of any purchased artwork regarding any artist who has exhibited or has planned to exhibit with ARMA.
ARMA attempts to present information that is as accurate as possible. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any website is 100% free of human and/or technical errors. If a product or piece of artwork listed on ARMA’s website is not as described, please notify us through our CONTACT FORM. If merchandise that you have purchased through this site is different than described, your sole remedy is to (1) within 30 days of purchase, inform us via our CONTACT FORM to ensure proper return-mail procedures can be followed on both parties' ends and (2) return it within 30 days of ARMA’s response to your written notification in the same condition in which it was shipped for a refund within the return policies' parameters. A small number of items may be mispriced. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies including after an order has been submitted.
